Product Description
Coomcool DST 265 is emulsified with high flash point base oils and surfactants for dust control and lubrication in pelleted cotton production.
Advantages
- Reduces dust during pellet production, also suitable for compressing and packing pellets to prevent dust generation and fluttering.
- Facilitates the production of pelleted cotton and moisture retention after packaging.
- The product has a special emulsification structure that facilitates the dispersion of granulated cotton during use.
Applications
- Suitable for dust control applications during the production of granulated cotton.
- It can be applied directly to the production line by in-line mixing or pre-mixed in water, and can be sprayed with 0.1% – 0.3% of the original cotton weight to achieve excellent dust control effect.
