Product Description
Coomcool DST 245 is emulsified with high flash point base oil and surfactant, used for dust prevention and lubrication in the production of rock wool insulation materials.
Advantages
- Improvement of rock wool cutting performance, cutting is not easy to produce dust, not easy to crack.
- Rock wool products have better elasticity and flexibility.
- High flash point base oil, not easy to burn, reduce smoke and odor in the production process.
Applications
- Suitable for dust-proof applications in the production of rock wool.
- With water-based phenolic resin or other raw materials, it can be sprayed with 0.2%-0.4% of the weight of raw cotton through an online mixing or pre-mixing system to achieve an excellent dust-proof effect.
